Testimonials
I merged my business with a bigger company present in nine African countries and became the CEO.
An enterprise run on effort alone, with no systems and with business and personal finances mixed together. After sessions on systems, financial discipline and strategic planning, the founder adopted a strategic plan, separated the accounts, drew a salary and introduced workplace chaplaincy — then merged into a group operating in nine African countries, taking equity and a chief executive role.
